Art for your neck

Two of my wearable art necklaces are now included in the shop. I think that wraps up all the sneak-peek necklaces I showed a while back. I will continue to add a few more little wearable art pieces to the shop now and again. It has been a while since a new painting has been added to the Blooming Hare shop. Right now I'm starting to work on a couple, but the majority of my time is being directed towards a top-secret project! I hope to have it finished to share with all of you in the fall.

And now, without any further adieu...
The delightful bedlam of painting the roses red, with that mischievous Cheshire Cat overseeing, can now be worn around your merry neck!

A quote from the 1951 Alice in Wonderland film would seem appropriate:

Who's been painting my roses red?
Who dares to taint
With vulgar paint
The royal flower bed?
For painting my roses red
Someone will lose his head.

and the ever sweet Honey Bear Bee Skep!

I just love how this picture turned out, the white background looks so striking against the antique bronze and it's very vintage looking.

It's a beautiful summer day here, finally a bit of a break from all that heat! I am secretly pining for sweaters and cups of hot cocoa. Autumn is my favorite time of year and as soon as it is over I find myself wishing it back again. But until then, catching lightning bugs and orange sherbet will have to suffice.

    Will be back....

    1. Thank you Cindy. So glad that you like the Cheshire Cat!
